We are an international insurance broker (based in Germany) and have a license in accordance with § 34 d Abs. 1 of the Trade Regulation Act. We specialize in the insurance of private and business trips and stays abroad. We are a member of the Chamber of Commerce Trier, Herzogenbuscher Straße 12, D-54292 Trier, which is also the supervisory authority.
As an insurance broker, we are subject to the following professional regulations:
- § 34 d Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
- §§ 59 - 68 Insurance Contract Act (VVG)
- Insurance Mediation Ordinance (VersVermV)
